It is often assumed that email marketing means email messages that are strictly promotional. Whilst these types of email are important, email marketing also includes branding, relationship-building, sales and lead generation, transactions, and others.
Our process is to work on a strategy, and set specific measurable results where possible. We then go through a creative process that ends with a design, which when approved is then built into a template for a campaign, or put in place within a web site (for example, product usage emails).
